All purchases are final, requiring full payment before delivery. Deliveries are restricted to the garage only. No returns are accepted for opened boxes, and deposits are non-refundable.

Cash refunds are not available. Canceled orders incur a 25% restocking fee and a 10% administration fee. Transactions are non-returnable, and orders cannot be canceled once placed. Maintain relative humidity between 45% and 60% year-round.

Natural variations in color are normal. Wood products meet industry standards with a defect tolerance of up to 5%. Installers and/or owners bear responsibility for product quality. Inspect the flooring for color, grade, finish, and quality before installation. Acceptance occurs once strips or planks are nailed down.

Claims on installed materials are not accepted. For warranty service, submit the Installation Warranty Form via email within 72 hours post-installation. Retain invoices for at least one year for warranty purposes.
